Pre-Order Items:

• Returns and Refunds: There will be no returns or refunds on pre-order products. These items are ordered in advance from our suppliers as orders are placed through the website.
• Shipping: By default, orders will not ship until all items on that order are available. To expedite shipping for pre-orders, we recommend placing them on separate orders from currently available items.

Contact for Credit, Refund, or Exchange:

• To be considered for credit, refund, or an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at tcgwatercollection@gmail.com.

Returns:

• Timeframe: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days for a refund.
• Exceptions: We do not accept returns of any trading card games (e.g., Pokemon, Digimon, Final Fantasy, Flesh and Blood, Magic, Yugioh, Dragon Ball Super, etc.).
• Fees: A 10% fee applies to returns or order cancellations, including those returned due to incorrect customer-provided addresses.
• Shipping Costs: We will not refund any shipping costs paid, including those paid by us, after an item has been shipped.
• Label: A shipping label will be provided for returns due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Board Games, Card Games, Miniatures & Accessories:

• Missing Components: For items with missing components, contact tcgwatercollection@gmail.com. Most cases must be addressed with the manufacturer for component replacement.

Return Process:

• To return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the Orders tab on the "My Account" menu, and click the "Return Item(s)?" link on the right-hand side. Refund notification will be sent via email after processing the returned item.

Cancellation Policy:

• To cancel an order, email tcgwatercollection@gmail.com with the order number, preferably from the email on your account and order.
• Processing Time: Cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to processing times, as orders may already be processed and shipped.
• Notice: All cancellations must be sent via email to tcgwatercollection@gmail.com before shipment. Once processed, open a return using the guidelines above.
